This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Deliver exceptional technical support in English to colleagues in Climate Control.
• Foster close collaboration with R&D teams: collect technical data, provide feedback, share insights from the field, and aid in ongoing product development.
• Play an active role in enhancing the ESC support function through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and innovative service ideas.
• Take initiative in managing a specific customer group, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and precise manner.
• Clarify and justify technical solutions and recommendations effectively.
• Analyze technical requests in English and compile all necessary data to fulfill tasks.
• Develop “FAQ-style” technical articles addressing recurring issues within your product domain.
• Assist in product development by offering recommendations for new products, tools, or software.
• Review and validate technical documentation from IMI (catalogs, manuals, instructions).
• Support design engineers by examining HVAC/automation system designs and suggesting alternative technical solutions.
• Conduct internal training sessions and hands-on workshops.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc or equivalent) in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building automation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with MS Office (basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (minimum B2 level - Upper Intermediate).
