Semi Senior Performance Media Manager

📋 Description

• In the role of Semi Senior Performance Media Manager, you will be driven by a passion for innovative experiences and a desire to challenge the limits of what’s achievable.

• Assist in the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of digital media campaigns across various paid channels.

• Implement omnichannel media strategies encompassing paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, retail media, and emerging platforms.

• Report directly to the Paid Media Lead while collaborating with fellow paid media experts, analytics teams, and creative partners to ensure campaigns are accurately launched, effectively optimized, and consistently enhanced based on performance insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background of 3–5 years in digital media planning and buying, preferably within an omni-channel agency setting.

• Practical experience in managing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, video, and/or retail media platforms.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and DV360.

• Knowledge of campaign trafficking, ad operations, tracking implementation, and fundamental measurement principles.

• Experience with analytics, reporting platforms, and performance dashboards.

• Excellent analytical abilities to identify trends, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Capacity to handle multiple campaigns and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient English communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing, analytics, automation, and productivity tools, along with a keen interest in exploring new technologies that enhance efficiency and performance.

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a highly collaborative team culture.
