Semi-senior DevOps Engineer – Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure.

• Develop and oversee Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.

• Construct, enhance, and sustain CI/CD pipelines utilizing modern automation tools.

• Monitor production environments using observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.

• Diagnose production incidents and conduct root cause analysis.

• Enhance automation, deployment, and operational processes to boost platform efficiency.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and SRE teams to provide dependable cloud solutions.

• Support serverless applications and cloud-native architectures.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at platform scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.

• Adhere to cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and encryption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.

• Practical experience with AWS services, including ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, Route 53, and VPC.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

• Familiarity with serverless architectures.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

• Programming or scripting skills in Python, Bash, Ruby, or similar languages.

• Understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and encryption.

• Experience with CloudFront, API Gateway, AWS cost optimization, and Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Advanced English communication skills.
