This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with the Senior SEM Manager to oversee daily campaign operations, ensuring that all goals are achieved through performance analysis and data-driven enhancements.
• Manage budget pacing to guarantee that campaigns align with monthly budget and performance targets.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, GDN, and YouTube.
• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to expand successful campaigns while optimizing those that are underperforming.
• Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven strategies to inform budget distribution and targeting approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive account audits to assess necessary restructures, expansions, and optimizations for improved performance.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in paid search advertising.
• Offer guidance and support to Analysts and Coordinators, fostering their skill development and enhancing campaign outcomes.
• Design and implement effective A/B testing frameworks for ongoing campaign performance optimization.
• Assist in deriving insights from reporting and ensure the quality of final reporting deliverables.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PPC performance marketing role.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $250,000 per month in Google Ads.
• Advanced understanding and substantial experience with Google Ads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, demonstrating a natural tendency to drive initiatives forward.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with Google ad campaigns for home improvement companies.
