Self-Pay Collector – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls for Surgery Centers to address billing inquiries and clarify benefits.

• Handling payment processing and establishing payment plans.

• Overseeing payment plans.

• Conducting follow-ups to ensure patient payments are accurate and comply with our payment policies.

• Updating insurance information and patient demographics as necessary.

• Contacting patients regarding missed payments and any modifications to payment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Understanding of local insurance providers.

• Experience in payment processing and managing payment plans.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
