• Establishment and leadership of the location

• Consulting with case management

• Implementation of the integrative care concept (ATERIMA CARE Regional)

• Ongoing support and quality management

• Marketing and sales (systematically)

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build your own location.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in consulting, relationship building, and networking.

• Social interest in care, service planning, and providing relief for families.

• Experience in sales, consulting, or leadership is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Willingness to invest approximately €10,000 in personal capital.
