This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and manage a team of Business Development Representatives;
• Cultivate and maintain a customer portfolio;
• Develop products (seeds) and modify the portfolio as needed;
• Foster continuous team enhancement by creating and delivering training programs, as well as coordinating training sessions with commercial partners and promoting these opportunities to the team;
• Ensure that teams achieve their targets by engaging in negotiations with the team and managing complex or high-volume negotiations;
• Provide ongoing supervision of sales representatives, inspiring and guiding them to meet regional objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering, Business Administration with agricultural technical training, or a related field;
• Completed postgraduate degree in commercial/business areas or related disciplines;
• Preferable experience in managing commercial/sales teams;
• Significant experience in seed sales;
• Familiarity with the regions of Goiás (GO), Bahia (BA), Maranhão (MA), Piauí (PI), Tocantins (TO), and Pará (PA);
• Willingness to travel;
• Valid driver’s license (Category B, Brazil).
