Security & Trust Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage our GRC program and work towards its automation.

• Take responsibility for the flow of customer data within our systems.

• Serve as the security checkpoint for new tools and vendors.

• Ensure Close stands out in communicating its trustworthiness.

• Organize product security assessments.

• Investigate and resolve security incidents.

• Oversee our identity and device security.

• Implement and manage our employee security initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proactive operator with over 5 years of experience in developing Security & Trust programs.

• Sufficiently technical to understand the inner workings of our systems.

• Focused on automation and improving efficiency.

• Positive attitude towards AI technologies.

• Familiarity with SSO, SOC 2 audits, and identity management practices.
