M&A Collaboration, Security Platforms Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the end-to-end integration of collaboration platforms for every acquisition.

• Evaluate the collaboration tools of acquired companies during and after the due diligence process.

• Streamline overlapping tools across different brands.

• Create standardized playbooks, tools, and automation strategies for integration.

• Oversee Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom across the entire brand portfolio.

• Manage email security infrastructure for all brands.

• Direct legal hold management, eDiscovery inquiries, and data production processes.

• Develop and uphold DLP rules, group access controls, and data access policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of practical experience managing Google Workspace and Slack in organizations with over 1,000 users.

• Proven experience taking ownership or leading a technology migration within an M&A or systems consolidation framework.

• Strong background in email security, including filtering, quarantine, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, impersonation defense, and threat response.

• Experience in DNS administration and management of domain portfolios at a significant scale.

• Direct involvement with compliance and legal processes, including legal holds, eDiscovery, regulatory data productions, and compliant archiving systems.
