Security Program Manager – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Vulnerability Management Program: Collaborate with the security engineering team to prioritize, communicate, and cultivate a sense of responsibility for security issues across various business units.

• Lead Metrics and Program Evaluation: Utilize metrics and regular program assessments to transparently communicate performance and enhance accountability among peer teams and upper management.

• Project Leadership: Provide expert guidance on highly visible and complex projects while inspiring and coordinating efforts across teams. Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and other teams in different regions (US, IN, AUS).

• Continuous Enhancement: Develop and refine project management tools, establish ongoing practices, and mentor the team on best practices.

• Business Management: Assist with organizational tasks such as calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management.

• At least 2 years of experience in security (preferred), site reliability engineering, or software engineering.

• Capability to comprehend IT concepts such as web applications and servers, along with a solid technical aptitude.
