Security Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for managed security services (such as SOC, MDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence), with a particular focus on emerging threat vectors influenced by modern GenAI models and agents, as well as Quantum Computing.

• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to pinpoint opportunities and guide product direction.

• Collaborate across various functions including engineering, security operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Convert customer and business requirements into precise product specifications and user stories.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch and continual optimization.

• Develop go-to-market strategies, encompassing pricing, positioning, and messaging.

• Track product performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze key KPIs to enhance offerings continuously.

• Ensure adherence to relevant security standards and regulatory obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT security product organization or managed services provider.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and technologies.

• Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex technical products and services.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity and experience with AI-based productivity tools.

• Proven effectiveness in a remote working environment and with a global workforce.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Experience with managed security services such as SOC, MDR, SIEM, or cloud security.

• Prior experience in Development/Engineering and/or Solutions Engineering.

• Understanding of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, including GenAI and Quantum Computing.
