This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Overseeing daily remote security service operations

• Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of security systems

• Responding to incidents and adhering to standard operating procedures for issue resolution

• Providing prompt updates to stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of information

• Upholding high standards of professional conduct and taking initiative to enhance service

• Outstanding customer service abilities

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms

• High self-motivation with the capability to work independently

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing requests

• Fundamental knowledge of operating systems and office applications

• Familiarity with security applications is a plus

• Previous experience in customer support, data operations, or service desk is advantageous

• Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Latvian and French is a plus
