Security Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational and administrative aspects of assigned potential, ongoing, and completed security projects.

• Support projects from initiation to completion, encompassing planning, execution, administration, and follow-up.

• Manage communications with clients and vendors.

• Ensure accurate records in Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

• Collaborate with members of the Security Operations team.

• Administer tasks related to Secure Journey Management, including transportation, close protection, and meet-and-greet services.

• Create and manage cases, folders, task checklists, and risk assessments.

• Collect client requirements and obtain as well as validate vendor quotes.

• Prepare service proposals, quotations, engagement letters, and other related documentation.

• Accurately apply rate cards, taxes, exchange rates, and margins.

• Coordinate approvals, supplier confirmations, purchase orders, and invoicing.

• Monitor ongoing tasks, manage updates, post-task closure activities, and financial reconciliation.

• Assist with operational security requests received through Everbridge Assist.

• Provide initial acknowledgment and administrative setup for urgent requests.

• Monitor and respond to operational communication channels.

• Review monthly reports of open purchase orders.

• Maintain precise records and documentation across all systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience or demonstrated transferable skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in security, intelligence, or operational risk settings.

• Background in military, diplomatic, law enforcement, or close protection operations in high-risk environments.
