This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the primary lead for Arrow's Security solutions, overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Security initiatives in accordance with Microsoft KPIs and frameworks.
• Actively cultivate relationships with Microsoft Security stakeholders through regular cadence calls, strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and collaborative execution assessments.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers and workloads for Microsoft Security via indirect channel partners.
• Empower reseller partners to effectively position and market Microsoft Security solutions by utilizing structured plays, campaigns, and targeted go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Manage a specific marketing budget to deliver campaigns, webinars, and events aligned with Microsoft’s objectives.
• Collaborate with partners to activate and implement various initiatives such as Campaigns in a Box, Cloud Ascent targeting, Co-op funds, workshops, security assessments, and other Microsoft programs and incentives.
• Lead and conduct security-centric webinars and enablement sessions, both independently and in partnership with Microsoft, Arrow associates, or other internal stakeholders.
• Establish and uphold a robust Rhythm of Business with partners and Microsoft to monitor performance and pipeline development.
• Assist partners throughout the lifecycle stages including acquisition, renewals, upselling, and the expansion of security workloads.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics in alignment with Microsoft KPIs, including acquisition, reach, frequency, yield, and CSP growth.
• Represent Arrow and Microsoft at solution-oriented summits, bootcamps, and events organized by Microsoft.
• Strong experience in IT relationship management, partner engagement, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with working alongside Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
• A demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and cloud security solutions.
• Proven track record in executing structured partner motions, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
• Proficient in leading meetings, delivering presentations to partners, and engaging with senior vendor stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
