Security Group Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to plant protection regulations by utilizing work programs and checklists to establish essential personnel and site security protocols.

• Lead and oversee security teams.

• Develop and execute control measures for specialized products.

• Monitor special security incidents, including investigations, thefts, and reporting.

• Establish and implement enhancements for site security.

• Define and execute loss prevention strategies.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to effectively present information and address inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Proficient in identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing sound conclusions.

• Competent in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and associated software.

• Advanced computer skills, including training and familiarity with Jabil’s software applications.

• Ability to write basic correspondence and comprehend visual aids.

• Capacity to apply common-sense reasoning to execute simple one- or two-step instructions.

• Skillful in handling standardized situations with minimal or no variables.

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.

• Proficient in basic arithmetic involving whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Capable of calculating rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as drawing and interpreting graphs.
