This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute scheduled servicing, perform reactive maintenance, and conduct fault repairs across social housing contracts in London.
• Ensure that access control systems are fully operational, compliant, and safe for residents.
• Identify faults, execute repairs, and uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, housing officers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and fellow engineers to manage workload and priorities.
• Demonstrated experience as a Security / Access Control Service Engineer.
• Solid background in fault finding, servicing, and reactive maintenance.
• Practical experience with access control systems (both standalone and networked).
• Understanding of health & safety practices and site operations in occupied properties.
• Capacity to work independently and manage your own daily tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Desirable (but not mandatory): City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Security Systems.
• Experience working within social housing or local authority contracts.
