This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute, manage, maintain, oversee, support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise cybersecurity technologies and technical security controls.
• Operate and enhance security platforms such as Arctic Wolf Managed SOC/SIEM, CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security, Rubrik, and Cato Networks SASE.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Systems, and Application Engineering teams to implement security controls and address technical challenges.
• Investigate, analyze, and respond to security alerts, suspicious activities, and cybersecurity incidents.
• Aid in containment, remediation, recovery, and documentation of security events.
• Implement and sustain identity security controls, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, privileged access, and identity governance.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation efforts, and verify corrective actions.
• Enforce security hardening, endpoint protections, secure configurations, and technical safeguards across enterprise environments.
• Assist with backup and recovery security controls, disaster recovery testing, and preparedness for ransomware recovery.
• Engage in technology implementations, software upgrades, infrastructure modifications, and security-related projects.
• Facilitate security technology deployment and standards implementation for newly acquired medical practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, configuration standards, diagrams, and support documentation.
• Offer technical support and guidance to Information Technology personnel.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance, planned implementations, and cybersecurity incident response activities.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Between two (2) to five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, networking, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in administering or supporting enterprise security technologies, including endpoint protection, identity and access management, security monitoring, email security, secure remote access, backup security, or cloud security platforms.
• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud technologies, networking, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection, vulnerability management, identity and access management, incident response, cloud security, Zero Trust, and system hardening.
• Experience working collaboratively with infrastructure, networking, cloud, systems, and application engineering teams.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation, PowerShell, or similar administrative technologies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA Security Rule requirements, healthcare environments, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
