This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment and setup of BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) throughout the organization.

• Design, execute, and refine EPM policies, rules, and configurations tailored for various user groups and environments.

• Collaborate with Security, IAM, and IT teams to strategize and implement a phased rollout, starting with early adopters, business units, and subsequently engineering.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to collect feedback on the rollout and modify policies and settings as necessary.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, runbooks, deployment procedures, and best practices.

• Assist in the testing and validation of EPM policies to minimize user disruption while ensuring robust security measures are in place.

• Recognize opportunities for automating deployment, configuration, and ongoing management (e.g., through scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).

• Track progress against established project timelines and milestones, raising flags for risks or obstacles as required.

• Collaborate closely with the broader Identity & Access Management team to ensure EPM configurations align with existing IAM standards and processes.

• Provide knowledge sharing and foundational training to internal teams on effectively utilizing the new EPM solution.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in deploying, configuring, and managing policies with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) in a production setting.

• Solid understanding of identity and access management principles, particularly concerning human identities and endpoint controls.

• Demonstrated capability to design, implement, and adjust security policies for various user groups (IT, business users, engineers) while maintaining a balance between usability and security.

• Hands-on experience working with IT, security, or IAM teams in a corporate environment.

• Proficiency in scripting and/or automation in at least one language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar) for deployment, configuration, or ongoing management support.

• Ability to create and sustain clear technical documentation (configuration, runbooks, guidelines, best practices).

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work, capable of managing tasks independently once objectives and direction are established.
