Security Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the dispatch and coordination of security personnel and patrol units.

• Monitor alarm systems, surveillance cameras, radios, and communication devices.

• Receive, document, and communicate incident reports and service requests.

• Maintain detailed logs of calls, incidents, and personnel activities.

• Engage in effective communication with clients, security personnel, and supervisors.

• Escalate emergencies in accordance with company protocols.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in computer use and basic office software applications.

• Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Professional appearance and keen attention to detail.

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

• Desktop or laptop must have at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM required.

• Performance must meet or exceed that of an Intel Core i3 processor.

• Must remain functional during power outages.

• A working webcam is required.

• A noise-canceling USB headset is necessary.

• A quiet and dedicated home office space is essential.

• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes is required.
