Security Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement log aggregation pipelines for Anduril's infrastructure and applications.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of a security data lake aimed at centralized management of security data.

• Craft and execute ETL processes for the ingestion, transformation, and storage of security data.

• Partner with teams to establish optimal practices for data utilization (e.g., search features).

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of data lake architectures and best practices pertinent to security data management.

• Proficiency with ETL tools and processes applicable in large-scale data environments (such as Spark, DuckDB, etc.).

• Strong programming capabilities in one or more general-purpose languages (including Go, Rust, Java/Scala, etc.).

• Familiarity with at least one infrastructure as code language (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi) in a production context.

• Competence in developing and maintaining systems within cloud environments, along with familiarity in deploying code via CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to work independently and take charge of intricate projects.

• Must be eligible to acquire and uphold a U.S. TS clearance.
