This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead technical security discussions with client-side security teams, including security officers, CISOs, and IT stakeholders, to address concerns and validate Wrike’s security capabilities.
• Assist Sales teams by proactively identifying and resolving security-related objections that may influence deal progression.
• Drive business growth by promoting Wrike’s advanced security features, such as Wrike Lock and data residency options, and demonstrating how they meet customer needs.
• Enhance deal sizes by positioning security as a strategic factor in the customer's purchasing decision.
• Complete security questionnaires, RFPs, and customer security portal assessments promptly and accurately.
• Utilize internal AI tools and knowledge bases to provide high-quality, consistent responses to technical security inquiries.
• Rapidly learn and adhere to internal security workflows and processes to ensure a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate closely with the core Security team to remain updated on product enhancements, vulnerabilities, and roadmap developments.
• Work together with Sales and Customer Success teams through regular follow-ups and ongoing support before and after the sale.
• Relay customer feedback and recurring security requirements to Product and Security teams to influence future security enhancements.
• Contribute to process improvements that optimize how Wrike handles security inquiries and customer interactions.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Security Consulting, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex security and compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in addressing customer objections and facilitating security-related discussions in a business-oriented manner.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience utilizing AI tools, internal documentation, or knowledge bases to enhance the quality and efficiency of responses.
• Advanced spoken and written English skills.
