This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee all facets of the Security design process for designated projects

• Each project must be managed according to the agreed project-specific scope of work (SOW)

• Schedule for deliverables

• Provide support to design team members to enhance their performance

• Ensure the successful execution of assigned Security projects

• Utilize Bluebeam for markups and collect markup information from team members

• Participate in project meetings alongside design team members

• Conduct Quality Control for design documents and project deliverables

• Address RFI(s) and RFQ(s) as necessary per project

• Undertake site walk(s)/visit(s) as required

• Schedule and attend weekly project meetings as dictated by the project

• Join BIM Coordination Meetings for various projects as needed

• Facilitate BIM Coordination with MEP trades and our models

• Assist in the creation of BIM Execution Plans when necessary

• Manage BIM documents (models, coordination, families, etc.)

• Work with live and local Revit models

• Utilize CAD when necessary

• Aid in implementing Designer and Project Manager designs in Revit format

• Support other team members as needed to finalize projects and maintain effective communication

• At least 2 years of experience in designing electronic security and surveillance systems

• ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification is preferred

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments and knowledge of construction processes

• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally based on project requirements

• Preferred manufacturer certifications include: HID, Lenel, Axis, FLIR, Hanwha, Pelco, Bosch, Quanergy, Genetec, Assa Abloy
