Security Compliance Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative for the security-compliance practice with clients through calls, webinars, and conferences.

• Articulate how compliance enhances deal acceleration.

• Align compliance frameworks with Zscaler capabilities on a control-by-control basis.

• Develop reusable playbooks and resources from insights gained in deals.

• Provide training to sales engineers and account executives on standard compliance discussions.

• Function as a first responder for security-compliance inquiries.

• Accurately and swiftly complete vendor security questionnaires and customer assessments.

• Gather evidence and documentation that supports responses to questionnaires and assessments.

• Assist customers in navigating Zero Trust, GDPR, NIST, PCI, and HIPAA compliance frameworks.

• Convert security, data protection, and compliance concepts into discussions for customers and sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging, securing, or marketing AI-driven solutions.

• Understanding of Zscaler products or the ability to learn them swiftly.

• Familiarity with key compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, or their regional counterparts.

• In-depth understanding of security, data security, and compliance.

• Knowledge of security architecture and data protection for both in-motion and at-rest data.

• Capability to translate technology into compliance, compliance into business, and business into sales.

• Experience collaborating with or in sales or customer-facing teams.

• Preferred certifications in compliance or security, such as CISSP, CCSP, ISO 27001 LA, CCP, CCA, or similar.

• Experience in federal, SLED, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is a plus.

• Eligibility for a US security clearance is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in presenting at industry events or creating enablement content.
