Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Architect our solutions to comply with contemporary security standards.

• Diagnose and resolve issues, utilizing the insights gained to enhance our designs.

• Assess and choose suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks for our product development.

• Collaborate with our security officer, customers’ IT personnel, local teams, and product managers to establish secure solutions.

• Develop and uphold detailed documentation for architectural decisions, deployment methods, and technical guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 5 years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 3 years concentrating on security.

• Profound knowledge of software security best practices, standards, and protocols, including (m)TLS, OIDC, OAuth2.0, and Single Sign-on.

• Exceptional communication abilities to convey intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to perform under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Capability to mentor and support fellow engineers.

• You hold a certification as an AWS Solutions Architect.

• Familiarity with designing medical software such as Keycloak/RH-SSO, LDAP, SMART on FHIR, Java/J2EE/Spring, or serving as a Solution Architect in SAFe.
