Security Advisor I – Falcon Complete GovCloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the customer’s Falcon environment to ensure it meets Falcon Complete standards.

• Offer recommendations to Falcon Complete customers aimed at enhancing security.

• Develop and suggest remediation strategies for CrowdStrike product components that could improve security posture.

• Reach out to customers directly when misalignment with Falcon Complete standards is identified.

• Record, update, and resolve all customer-related issues in line with established procedures and SLAs.

• Generate and supply customers with service reports and statistics upon request.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Work with the support team to assist in troubleshooting and coordinating efforts to address technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a role focused on Cybersecurity.

• Ability to empathize with customers and guide them towards achieving their desired outcomes.

• Outstanding communication skills in customer-facing situations, both verbal and written.

• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges.

• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.

• Experience or proven knowledge in threat detection and incident response.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.

• Cybersecurity certifications from recognized organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or their equivalents.

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
