This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute Microsoft 365 E5 solutions, concentrating on productivity and security workloads, adhering to Microsoft and Coretek best practices.
• Create and implement enterprise collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, lifecycle management, governance), SharePoint Online (Permissions, Access control, governance), OneDrive for Business (storage, sharing, lifecycle management), and Exchange Online (mail flow, protection, hybrid scenarios).
• Oversee migration and modernization projects, encompassing Exchange and file migrations to Microsoft 365, as well as tenant-to-tenant or hybrid transformations.
• Establish governance frameworks for collaboration, external sharing, and data lifecycle management.
• Enhance user productivity, adoption, and collaboration effectiveness within client environments.
• Design and implement Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) solutions, including device enrollment, provisioning, application deployment, and mobile application management.
• Configure device compliance policies, endpoint security controls, and Conditional Access integration based on device state.
• Lead initiatives for modern endpoint transformation, including Windows Autopilot, co-management, and cloud-first device management strategies.
• Develop governance and standards for device management across enterprise clients.
• Implement Microsoft 365 E5 security solutions, comprising Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps) and Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery, compliance management).
• Apply Zero Trust-aligned security controls and best practices throughout client environments.
• Create and enhance security monitoring, policies, and automation systems.
• Evaluate client security infrastructures, identify vulnerabilities, and suggest Coretek services to bridge gaps.
• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions, including Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
• Implement authentication strategies and hybrid identity configurations, including directory synchronization (AADC) and associated components.
• Serve as the technical lead on engagements, collaborating with architects and engineering teams on solution design and implementation.
• Establish, document, and communicate standards and best practices across M365 workloads in alignment with Coretek methodologies.
• Adhere to Coretek implementation plans and QC guides during project work, contributing feedback and fostering continuous improvement in the process.
• Manage projects independently by escalating risks and issues while operating within project scope and budget.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the practice.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT staff on Microsoft technologies and best practices.
• Stay updated on the Microsoft 365 roadmap across productivity, endpoint management, and security domains.
• Engage with clients to pinpoint opportunities within their organization to address challenges where additional Coretek products and services can be utilized.
• 7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure design and deployment roles, specifically focusing on Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience (required).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, endpoint compliance).
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft security solutions (Defender, Purview, Entra ID).
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise M365 solutions across diverse customer environments.
• Strong comprehension of identity and access management concepts along with cloud security principles.
• Relevant certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), SC-100 or SC-200 (Security certifications) are preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI) is a plus.
• Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API) is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with internal and external customers at all levels.
