Securities Counsel – Marketing & Advertising Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess all marketing and promotional materials before they are published.

• Analyze website content, landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, and social media posts to ensure adherence to securities regulations.

• Review video scripts, webinars, presentations, and educational resources.

• Identify potential legal and regulatory risks associated with investment communications.

• Deliver clear guidance and necessary revisions to achieve compliance.

• Counsel marketing, executive, and content teams on messaging that complies with regulations.

• Remain updated on relevant SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory standards.

• Assist in establishing internal review processes and compliance benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.

• Significant experience in securities law and regulatory compliance.

• In-depth understanding of SEC regulations, FINRA advertising guidelines, and investment communications.

• Experience in reviewing financial marketing materials and public communications.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the capacity to convey legal advice clearly to non-legal teams.

• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in legal matters.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
