Secured Loan Adviser – Weekend Working, 3 Weekdays

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Providing friendly, expert guidance and assisting clients throughout the secured loan process.

• Making use of our AI-driven system to quickly and accurately identify the right product for clients.

• Staying updated on compliance and regulatory standards (we support you in this area as well).

• Establishing long-term client relationships through ongoing support and advice.

• Contributing to team objectives while achieving your personal targets.

• Keeping your knowledge current and sharing insights with the team.

• Working a rota that includes weekends to assist customers when they are most available.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience advising on second mortgages (secured loans) in a bank, mortgage brokerage, insurance company, or IFA environment.

• CeMAP-qualified.

• Proficient with technology and innovative work methods, allowing for more customer interaction and less administrative work.

• Self-driven, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
