This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Design and validate improvements for ADatP-36 and STANAG 5659 security & / DSIG.
• Collaborate effectively with team members from NCIA located in The Hague, The Netherlands.
• Engage in the development and testing of communication protocols that are security-enabled.
• Assist in the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of validation and interoperability events.
• Maintain and update the development backlog, which includes progress reporting, comments, risk identification, and issue tracking.
• Generate agreed-upon technical deliverables in line with established acceptance criteria, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to NCIA personnel and designated stakeholders throughout the duration of the contract.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in drafting NATO standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in designing and testing secure message exchange protocols.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven knowledge and practical experience in the operational or technical use of FFT systems supported by NCIA.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience applying the NATO Data-centric Security concept.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in computer networks and messaging security, including DNS, domains, PKI certificates, network designs, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in modern test engineering and test management methodologies.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven current knowledge of computer system architectures, systems security, client/server, LAN/WAN, and network concepts, including test techniques and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in planning and executing validation activities within large-scale C2 exercises.
• Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in JAVA, JavaScript, Angular, and Python.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience with XML and JSON technologies.
• Staff provided by the Contractor must hold the nationality of a NATO nation.
• Staff provided by the Contractor must possess an excellent command of both spoken and written English.
