This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform a variety of tasks to assist the Sales Support team, ensuring that CCPs are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Review multiple reports to monitor inventory levels, back orders, and holds.
• Provide assistance with customer inquiries, including invoice requests, shipping inquiries, and tracking details.
• Aid in managing stock and inventory requests.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Work effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that projects are completed to meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
• Draft different types of correspondence to facilitate clear communication with all end users.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.
• Outstanding customer service abilities for engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• A high sense of urgency and a proactive “can-do” mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize several tasks is essential.
