Seasonal Quality Assurance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sales and enrollment operations of marketing personnel to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and carrier-specific standards.

• Utilize computer systems to access customer information, including call recordings, enrollment applications, and performance scorecards.

• Explore authorized websites to confirm the accuracy of the information provided to customers.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and compliance obligations associated with designated plans.

• Record findings and deliver clear, factual written explanations of conclusions reached.

• Perform sales/enrollment audits in response to allegations from both internal and external parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.

• Competence in using Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and navigating the internet.

• Familiarity with contact management systems and internet software.

• Strong written communication skills, encompassing grammar, clarity, and the capability to present findings effectively.

• Basic mathematical abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; calculating rates, ratios, percentages; interpreting bar graphs).

• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions and employ common-sense reasoning.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly for telephone and headset use.

• Preferred: experience with insurance products (e.g., Medicare, life insurance).
