Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming phone calls to assist individuals in understanding their coverage and selecting suitable products and services.

• Initiate outbound calls to follow up with customers.

• Exhibit empathy while supporting individuals.

• Foster customer relationships to build loyalty and trust.

• Aid in the processing of applications for Medicare consideration.

• Address inquiries related to insurance policies.

• Complete virtual paid training from the comfort of your home in Oklahoma.

• Follow designated schedules while working autonomously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in your residing state.

• Have a minimum of one year of prior sales experience, ideally in insurance sales for those under 65.

• Ensure compliant enrollment into the correct medical plan.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Be comfortable using desktop computer systems.

• Capable of typing at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Hold a High School Diploma or GED.

• Reside within the State of Oklahoma.

• Have a Windows 11 computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an i3 4th-generation processor or better.

• Utilize two computer monitors.

• Use a USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not permissible.

• Have a high-speed wired Ethernet internet connection; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, and mobile broadband are not permitted.

• Maintain an internet upload speed of 25 Mbps and a download speed of 50 Mbps.

• Choose an internet service provider with 1% or less packet loss.

• Ensure latency is under 100 ms.

• Have access to a cell phone or tablet running Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+.

• Install Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) as required by Qualfon IT.
