Licensed Insurance Agent – Evening Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, text, chat, and social media.

• Investigate and address inquiries related to insurance and non-insurance customer service.

• Resolve customer challenges, enhance negative experiences, and foster positive customer relationships.

• Implement company policies to guarantee compliance for claims and policies, and identify when exceptions are warranted.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on both insurance and non-insurance products.

• Inform customers about available products and assist them in purchasing additional coverage.

• Manage new customer registrations, incoming claims, and fulfillment tasks in accordance with company policies.

• Utilize ticketing systems, back office software, and various digital tools to oversee and monitor performance.

• Execute data entry tasks.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service position with a significant level of customer interaction.

• Familiarity with ticketing software (such as Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.).

• A proactive, hands-on approach to completing tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient administrative and computer skills.

• Keen attention to detail in every assignment.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and a love for pets.

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License.
