Bilingual Dental Insurance Specialist – Patient Coordinator

📋 Description

• Deliver clear, video-based treatment plans and financial options to patients.

• Conduct dental benefit verifications.

• Calculate copay amounts.

• Oversee pre-authorizations to avoid delays in care.

• Respond to patient inquiries.

• Handle patient follow-up communications.

• Coordinate care workflows utilizing Mango Voice.

• Accurately process and document treatment records, chart notes, and insurance information in Dentrix.

• Administer patient care plans, dental insurance verifications, and patient communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous direct experience in a U.S. dental office is essential.

• A background in dental healthcare is highly preferred.

• Exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Practical experience with Dentrix EMR is necessary.

• Hands-on familiarity with Mango Voice phone systems is required.

• Must be equipped and comfortable working in a video-facing (camera-ready) virtual environment.

• This is a full-time contractor role, requiring 40 hours per week.

• Availability is required Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm PST.
