This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Manage incoming sales and customer service inquiries.

• Support customers with information about programs and their enrollment.

• Offer callback options upon request.

• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• A reliable and stable wired internet connection.

• Suitable headset and monitor setup.
