Seasonal Health Insurance Sales and Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls from consumers seeking individual health insurance (Under-65).

• Exhibit empathy while assisting individuals.

• Cultivate customer relationships to gain their loyalty and trust.

• Offer unbiased information regarding coverage, annual notice of changes, pharmacy/network coverage, and drug formularies.

• Showcase sales skills effectively.

• Self-driven, capable of working independently, and adhering to a set schedule with minimal supervision.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding a professional demeanor.

• Accurately complete applications and enrollments in accordance with CMS, state, and company regulations.

• Achieve or surpass daily and monthly sales, quality, and productivity objectives.

• Keep comprehensive and precise documentation in CRM and enrollment systems.

• Comply with all standards related to compliance, scripting, verification, and call quality.

• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first communication approach at all times.

• Conduct needs-based consultations to suggest suitable health and ancillary insurance products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Health or Health & Life Insurance License in your state of residence.

• A minimum of one year of prior sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65.

• Ability to secure compliant enrollment in the appropriate medical plan.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with desktop computer systems.

• Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
