This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers through phone and email.
• Engage in active listening, pose insightful questions, troubleshoot problems, and identify root causes.
• Represent the customer's voice by recognizing trends and recurring issues.
• Elevate technical problems, outages, and other matters that may impact the viewer or user experience.
• Update and manage customer accounts in compliance with department policies.
• Preferred: Two or more years of experience using the Trackwrestling platform.
• Preferred: Two or more years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable with computer usage and eager to learn new technologies.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
• Flexible scheduling options, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Seasonal position from September 2026 to March 2027.
