Seasonal Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist members with various billing and payment processing inquiries and issue resolution through inbound calls.

• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate follow-up on user questions or concerns.

• Act as an ambassador for the brand through exceptional communication and brand awareness.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, striving to build rapport with each member.

• Update member details in various databases according to individual member needs.

• Collaborate with the management team to keep informed about product knowledge and any changes in company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Required).

• Call Center experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Strong written communication skills with a focus on detail, data accuracy, and efficiency.

• Capability to navigate multiple technology systems and manage several tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to interpret data and inquiries to achieve first contact resolution.

• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Must be proactive and able to collaborate effectively.

• Must reside in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick.

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check.
