This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in a queue, responding to calls from insurance agents nationwide.

• Acquire knowledge about the ACA enrollment process to assist insurance agents in utilizing our platform for enrolling their clients in insurance coverage.

• Aid agents in troubleshooting the platform and addressing inquiries regarding applications and referrals.

• Adhere to support protocols while delivering considerate service, balancing efficiency and empathy in each call.

• Assist with additional related tasks as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish is essential.

• Prior experience in customer service is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.

• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills, with the ability to excel in collaborative environments that promote open communication and constructive feedback.

• A dedicated workspace for remote work that accommodates a desktop monitor and other necessary equipment.

• An office environment that is free from background noise and distractions to ensure information privacy.

• Dependable home internet connection with a download speed exceeding 128 Mbps.
