This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Engage in a queue taking calls from insurance agents nationwide.
• Acquire knowledge about the ACA enrollment process to assist insurance agents in utilizing our platform for enrolling their clients in insurance coverage.
• Aid agents in troubleshooting platform issues and respond to inquiries regarding applications and referrals.
• Adhere to support protocols while delivering considerate service, balancing efficiency and empathy in every interaction.
• Assist with additional related tasks as required.
• Must reside in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• At least 3 years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
• Excellent collaboration and multitasking skills, with the ability to excel in team environments that promote open communication and constructive feedback.
• A designated area to work remotely that accommodates a desktop monitor and other provided equipment.
• A workspace that is free from background noise and distractions to ensure privacy of information.
• Reliable home internet connection with download speeds exceeding 128Mbps.
