This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Evaluate SEO, AEO, and website performance metrics to discover trends, opportunities, and areas needing enhancement across content and landing pages.
• Develop and sustain regular reporting for search visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion effectiveness.
• Aid in generating actionable insights that guide search recommendations, content revisions, and optimization focus areas.
• Oversee and prioritize search intake requests from content, technical SEO, and marketing stakeholders, facilitating the prioritization of analyses, reporting requirements, and optimization prospects based on business significance and team objectives.
• Track fluctuations in rankings, traffic, and search visibility to pinpoint emerging risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with content teams and technical stakeholders to back optimization efforts and assess their impact.
• Assist in validating and conducting quality assurance on SEO and AEO datasets, reporting outputs, and prioritization analysis frameworks.
• Help maintain consistent KPI definitions, reporting formats, and measurement documentation across search projects.
• Perform keyword, prompt, competitor, and search trend analyses to bolster content planning and optimization activities.
• Support business evaluations and stakeholder presentations by compiling performance summaries, visual representations, and insight narratives.
• Keep up-to-date with SEO, AEO, and digital marketing trends to inform future opportunities and reporting necessities.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, AEO, digital analytics, performance marketing, or a similar analytical position.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Profound, or comparable SEO tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convert data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Proficient in handling large datasets using spreadsheets, BI tools, or reporting platforms.
• Comprehension of SEO and AEO principles, including rankings, crawlability, keyword strategy, prompt strategy, content enhancement, and search performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team-oriented mindset capable of cross-functional collaboration across search, content, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Keen interest in emerging search technologies, including AI-driven search experiences and shifting search behaviors.
