This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist searchers in the development of their thesis, targeting specific industries and companies, deal sourcing, and conducting due diligence.

• Analyze investments and strategize funding approaches.

• Aid in the selection of investors and manage interactions with the board and investors.

• Create a roadmap for processes and an operational strategy.

• Offer support for successful post-acquisition integration.

• Set your own hours and rates; conduct sessions online.

• Proven experience in running a search fund or executing an acquisition.

• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring.

• A clear and structured methodology for simplifying complex strategic and financial concepts.

• Capability to leverage AI fundamentals, AI agents, AI automation, and AI outreach in contemporary search and deal-making processes.
