Search Engine Optimization Specialist

📋 Description

• **Job Overview:**

• We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to become a part of our remote team. This position may also be known as an SEO Analyst, Organic Search Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist, depending on your background and industry experience.

• As an SEO Specialist at Wisevu, you will collaborate with a lead SEO Accounts Manager to execute and implement various SEO tasks aimed at enhancing clients’ search engine rankings, both on-page and off-page. You will also work alongside a team of content writers, web designers, developers, PPC experts, and other SEOs to create highly effective web pages designed for optimal search engine rankings, user experience, and conversions.

• **What Will You Do?**

• - Perform SEO audits, implement enhancements, and collaborate across departments to optimize performance.

• - Execute off-page SEO strategies by building high-quality backlinks using industry-leading tools and methodologies.

• - Lead content research, strategy, and management; work with writers to refine copy and enhance rankings, traffic, and conversions.

• - Drive keyword research and implementation, optimize pages, and develop content calendars for clients.

• - Ensure timely publication of recurring content that meets Wisevu’s quality standards.

• - Analyze monthly reports to identify opportunities and communicate ranking changes to SEO Account Managers and clients.

• - Maintain Google My Business profiles, including uploading images and creating posts.

• - Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Data Studio, call tracking, rank tracking, and other conversion tools; conduct analytics audits to identify and resolve tracking issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-haves:**

• - At least 3 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency setting.

• - Exceptional command of the English language.

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• - Strong technical understanding of SEO algorithms and the capability to effectively execute SEO (On-page and Off-page) tasks.

• - Proficiency in analyzing analytics and reports, tracking website metrics, and utilizing data to inform SEO strategies and tactics.

• **Nice-to-haves:**

• - Google Analytics Certifications.

• - Experience with Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
