Search Engine Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Crafting and implementing strategies that enhance organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and foster business growth across the Health Information Systems sector on a global scale.

• Recognizing and utilizing best practices in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

• Performing keyword, content, and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities.

• Collaborating with integrated marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and web stakeholders.

• Overseeing the process of digital asset uploads and metadata management within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience in SEO, digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, or a similar field.

• Three (3) years of experience in core SEO areas, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, metadata development, technical SEO fundamentals, content performance analysis, and internal linking.

• Proficiency in GEO or optimizing content for AI-driven search, answer engines, and new discovery experiences.

• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM systems, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Answer the Public, or Screaming Frog.

• Experience in working with content management systems and/or digital asset management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in supporting digital marketing programs within an international organization.
