This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile software development teams engaged in two-week sprint cycles.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, engineers, QA, DevOps, and program leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Analyze user and stakeholder requirements to help identify both functional and non-functional needs.
• Coordinate activities across multiple delivery teams and shared program resources.
• Monitor sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics while identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Eliminate obstacles and assist teams in maintaining focus, productivity, and momentum.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production deployment activities.
• Identify, communicate, and help mitigate project risks and delivery challenges.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative Agile culture.
• Advocate for Agile best practices and continuous improvement throughout the program.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of professional experience in supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development initiatives.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software delivery lifecycles.
• Experience in facilitating group discussions, workshops, interviews, and training sessions.
• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams during testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively across multiple teams within a large-scale enterprise environment.
