This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee sourcing requests from initiation to launch, ensuring all necessary information is complete and that requests adhere to the 24-hour preparation standard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, track dependencies, address obstacles, and guarantee timely execution.
• Keep precise operational trackers, documentation, decision logs, and process guidelines.
• Assess screening readiness, capacity, funnel performance, and operational metrics, identifying risks and proposing enhancements.
• Raise operational risks with clear context and suggested actions.
• Facilitate talent movement across services and onboarding for acquired companies by coordinating screening requirements and stakeholder transitions.
• Manage updates to screening paths across operations, content, systems, and screeners to ensure effective implementation.
• Conduct data quality assessments, investigate discrepancies, and ensure reliable operational reporting.
• Act as the main operational contact for screening-related inquiries, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through.
• Contribute to process enhancements, documentation, and new screening initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• 2-4+ years of experience in operations, talent operations, project coordination, program management, or a similar cross-functional setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in utilizing operational data to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to clearly articulate priorities, risks, and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and operational tracking tools; familiarity with dashboards, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools is advantageous.
• Strong process orientation coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in supporting talent screening, marketplace operations, or technology-enabled operations is preferred.
• This position is remote.
