Scientific Partnership Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main medical liaison and sole scientific contact for C-suite and D-suite executives.

• Formulate, uphold, and execute a comprehensive enterprise-level medical account strategy plan.

• Engage with health system leaders in a holistic manner, addressing overarching scientific and clinical priorities.

• Advocate for innovative scientific engagement initiatives.

• Organize and coordinate the medical and scientific resources of BeOne Medicines.

• Develop and facilitate scientific information exchanges, data presentations, and evidence-based discussions with institutional leaders.

• Oversee the representation of BeOne Medicines’ complete oncology portfolio.

• Lead through influence across BeOne Medicines’ internal matrix partners.

• Foster and maintain robust medical relationships.

• Relay account-level insights, scientific trends, and institutional priorities back to NAMA leadership.

• Create and execute integrated account strategies.

• Assist in change management initiatives by integrating new scientific engagement strategies.

• Attend and represent BeOne Medicines at significant national and regional oncology congresses.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO) is required in a clinical and/or scientific discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector is necessary.

• Experience in Medical Affairs, including field-based or account-facing medical roles.

• Broader organizational experience across various functional areas beyond Medical Affairs is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of the US clinical oncology landscape, encompassing health systems, oncology networks, and IDN structures.

• Established relationships with Institutional Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at the peer level.

• Extensive oncology knowledge spanning multiple tumor types and therapeutic platforms.

• Familiarity with the US healthcare landscape, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region; the candidate must reside within the designated territory.
