This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the creation and implementation of tumor-specific scientific engagement strategies aimed at enhancing awareness, acceptance, and clinical application of Caris products and solutions.
• Act as the scientific engagement lead across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to optimize organizational impact and ensure coherence of scientific messaging, clinical data, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the creation, upkeep, and advancement of scientific and educational materials, such as presentations, playbooks, FAQs, case studies, clinical summaries, training resources, and tools for field use that effectively convey complex scientific information into actionable insights.
• Ensure that all scientific content remains precise, up-to-date, compliant, and in alignment with brand messaging and the latest clinical evidence.
• Propel the operational planning and execution of scientific engagement initiatives, including Molecular Tumor Boards, Speaker Bureau activities, advisory boards, educational programs, and other significant scientific projects.
• Supervise speaker onboarding, training, content management, utilization tracking, and program effectiveness evaluations to guarantee high-quality scientific engagement.
• Identify, profile, and keep records on national, regional, and community key opinion leaders (KOLs), including engagement history, strategic alignment, and collaboration possibilities.
• Lead scientific meetings, advisory boards, and engagement activities, which include agenda formulation, logistics, materials preparation, follow-up actions, and insight gathering.
• Direct Caris's scientific representation at national and international conferences by coordinating abstracts, posters, presentations, symposia, booth education, and related scientific communications.
• Keep track of and communicate vital scientific milestones, publications, congress activities, clinical initiatives, and emerging evidence to internal stakeholders through structured updates, training, and communication channels.
• Advocate for scientific readiness among internal teams to convert scientific insights and clinical evidence into effective educational materials, field messaging, and scientific enablement resources.
• An advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) in molecular biology, genetics, oncology, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience within the oncology, molecular diagnostics, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven ability to develop scientific content and convey complex scientific ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Medical Affairs, MSL teams, or Commercial divisions.
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
