Scientific Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate engaging hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or event-based)

• Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, materials management, attendee experience, and follow-up after events

• Engage in discussions around clinical evidence and review podium presentations for peer-to-peer Continuing Education (CE) programs alongside Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Provide assistance for clinical education initiatives and foster relationships with professional associations and academic institutions

• Contribute to clinical education efforts by delivering presentations on pertinent clinical topics to both customers and internal teams

• Handle all contracting, reporting, and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals collaborating with Solventum, in partnership with the Global SEE Operations team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified before the start date)

• A minimum of five (5) years of dental experience in private, public, government, or military settings

• High School diploma/GED combined with nine (9) years of dental experience in private, public, government, or military environments

• Five (5) years of clinical or technical dental experience

• Expertise in virtual education and public speaking

• Must hold a valid license as a Dentist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Assistant

• Familiarity with digital workflows in the dental field

• Experience in implementing adult learning programs

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

• Demonstrated proficiency and experience in project management
