Client Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Assist users in Romanian by addressing and resolving issues that occur during lessons.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Romanian - Advanced level (minimum C1/C2).

• Proficient in English (at least B2; C1+ is preferable).

• Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.

• Competent PC user.

• A sense of responsibility and attentiveness.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
